The founder of Intronized in the United States, Maja, spent years building a premium matchmaking brand in New York, working with successful, ambitious, and emotionally mature clients who were seeking serious relationships—without apps, without superficiality, and without wasting time.
Kristina, an entrepreneur from Croatia, followed the development of Intronized and Maja’s work and recognized something that was missing in our market: a discreet, strategic, and luxury approach to meeting a romantic partner. One afternoon, during what started as an ordinary coffee meeting—which, of course, lasted longer than planned—the conversation moved from life experiences and market insights to a simple question:

My name is Maja Uckar. I am a professional matchmaker, a certified dating and relationship coach, the founder of Intronized, and the co-founder of Intronized Croatia.
My story about love, career, and creating meaningful connections began more than a decade ago when I moved from Croatia to New York City for love. In one of the most dynamic cities in the world, I began my professional journey working for Tawkify, one of the largest matchmaking companies in the world, where I was part of their VIP team of professional matchmakers.
Through years of experience, I developed strong expertise in discretion and personalized matchmaking. In 2025, I decided to open my own boutique matchmaking company, INTRONIZED.
Today, I work with clients around the world, helping them recognize, develop, and manifest the kind of love they truly deserve — with integrity, warmth, and a strategic approach that works.
Love was the path that brought me here, and today I help others find their own.

My name is Kristina Peršić, and I am an economist, NLP practitioner, certified matchmaker, and co-founder of Intronized Croatia.
Entrepreneurship has been part of my life for nearly three decades. I began my professional journey in the family company NAVIGO 2000 Ltd, which has been successfully operating for 28 years. Through years of work, I developed a strong sense for working with people, responsibility, and building long-term relationships based on trust.
Driven by the desire for new business challenges and my own ideas, I later founded the travel agency TRAVEL ISTRIA Ltd, which has been successfully operating for more than ten years and connects people with authentic experiences of Istria.
Through my work and experience, I increasingly realized that I am especially drawn to understanding human relationships and what truly connects people. I have always been interested in what brings us together, how we build trust, and why some encounters in life simply feel destined.
The creation of INTRONIZED Croatia is a natural continuation of my life and professional journey, allowing me to combine my business experience, intuition, and sincere desire to help people.
I believe that a true relationship begins when we meet someone who sees us, understands us, and with whom we can grow.
